Christopher is a 25 year old Illustrator/Artist who currently lives in Bristol. Since coming out of education he has made a ton of posters for various gigs and parties in Bristol, London, L.A, Berlin and beyond. Chris says “The poster thing started naturally, being a fan of fun lo-fi indie rock stuff, getting friendly with local promoters and so on… I wanted to make bright and vivid posters for their events.” 2010 started as it means to go on, with a solo exhibition in Berlin under Christopher’s belt, a new zine to complete, artwork for Seed Records getting released, a solo show on home soil on the horizon, a World Cup exhibition helping helping curate in June, parties to organize and an awesome t-shirt design for African Apparel waiting to get printed. So it’s basically a good start to the year for Mr. Write and he says he’s “genuinely is up for doing anything though and don’t want to be pigeon-holed as a poster artist. Posters are cool though.”

Much of his inspiration comes from awful company logos, like the ones on the side of a electricians’ vans or above shitty chicken shops.
