14/19’s Best of the Week – #02
Here’s what we’re into this week…
Ralph Dennis is seventeen, lives in London and is currently still at school. He took this when he was in the Slovakia last month, (as well as taking a bunch of dope photos of trees and stuff). Ralph also does some pretty interesting photographic projects, like painting on people and other messiness.
I am always too shy/scared to ask strangers to take their photo, and so to see that at 16 Nick White is already taking some really striking, honest portraits of America’s seediest general public is really amazing - he has some great candid portrait and landscape stuff too, check him out.
This photo by Kiley Sheehan is amazing. I don’t have much more to say about it apart from that, i could look at it for hours.
Here’s an exclusive from Bobby Doherty, who is from New York. Bobby is awesome but has gone all secretive and removed his online photographic presence somewhat though, which sucks - we are pretty into the anomalous, weird object-centric view of photography he takes.
It’s awesome when you have a couple who take equally as great photos as the other - so here are two pictures from J Alex Goss and Alexa West, who are both 18 and have a really great eye for detail. I imagine them going on little photo adventures together.
