Black The Ripper is commonly acknowledged for his rapping skills, originally starting out in Edmonton N18 (hence the ultra trendy ’North’ sign on his cap). He’s part of N18 crew and has previously collaborated with Cookie G and Chipmunk. Although he’s been offered record deals in the past, he isn’t signed to anyone and is adamant about keeping full control of his own music.
His tweets are pretty gnarly too – dissing people because they’re 30 years old (#smh) and saying that it’s “too hot too fuck” so people should go on a “lipsing ting”.
