East London Calling: Stanaman
There have always been legends within the grime scene, even before it was called grime. With it being so closely connected with crime and street behavior you end up hearing stories about particular people in the scene getting in to whatever sort of trouble that led to a stint in prison. Leyton based MC, Stanaman carries a story behind him, allegedly shooting a police officer who was watching him for police surveillance and is now in prison serving a 6 year sentence for it.
